A payday advance is
a method of receiving a small amount of cash
for a short time period against the customer's
next paycheck. In the financial transaction
the customer takes the following steps:
 | Reads and signs a
Consumer Loan agreement form that discloses
transaction terms and conditions, |
| Write a personal
check or checks covering the terms of the loan. |
| Immediately receives
the advance in cash. |
The company then holds
the customer's check for an agreed upon time
period. At the end of the period, the company
will deposit the check or the customer may
repay the advance in person, and the check
will be returned to the customer. All payoffs
must be in cash or certified funds.

To qualify for a payday advance or an EZ Installment Loan, you must
meet these simple requirements:
| You must have a take-home
salary of at least $1200 per month, |
| You must have been
employed with your current employer for
at least 6 months. |
| You must have lived
at your current address for at least 6 months. |
| You must have had
your checking account at the same financial
institution for at least 6 months. |
| You must be at least
18 years of age. |
| You must not have
a current payday loan with any other payday
